Refund policy

For a limited time, we are offering free returns to customers who create an account before making an order. Request a refund and a prepaid label will be generated and sent to you. All other refund terms below remain applicable.

Refunds are permitted if initiated within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise. You may initiate a return from your account portal or by sending an email including your order number to hello@euphoreia.com. Once a return has been initiated, the items must be shipped back to us within 7 days. You may choose your own return method and pay for return shipping, or we can generate a prepaid return shipping label for you and will deduct $2.99 per item from the cost of your refund, if you do not have a customer account at the time of placing the order. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and free of damage. Sale items, resale items, all swim wear, and all lingerie are final sale and may not be returned.
